Objectives

1.To develop integrated spatial physical local/master masterplan for profiled participating rural community/neighbourhood

2.To develop comprehensive visible rural community infrastructure to reduce rural urban migration

3.To develop individual capacity for self-human capital development and capacity building for the built environment

4.To identify and develop all potentials of any given community/neighbourhood

 

Membership:

1.Trainee/affiliate: Those interested in anyone one or more construction skills from where one can be a consultant.

2.Distributor: Those who directly are normal contributors, mobilisers and managers.

           3.Consultant: Those who directly are professionals, contributors, mobilisers and managers of housing projects.

  1. Facilitator: Those who are both bulk contributors and managers
  2. Investors: Those who have facilities, houses or housing to be leased out or part thereof for not less than 10 years.
  3. Director: Those who fulfill facilitator status in a country
