Membership:
1.Trainee/affiliate: Those interested in anyone one or more construction skills from where one can be a consultant.
2.Distributor: Those who directly are normal contributors, mobilisers and managers.
3.Consultant: Those who directly are professionals, contributors, mobilisers and managers of housing projects.
- Facilitator: Those who are both bulk contributors and managers
- Investors: Those who have facilities, houses or housing to be leased out or part thereof for not less than 10 years.
- Director: Those who fulfill facilitator status in a country
